planned maintenance agreement between Susquehanna County and Thompson &amp; Johnson Equipment Co., Inc., annual fee $2600.00 for the period 0110112009-12/3112009 for the Bobcat (used to load the bailer), the Komatsu (Clamp truck used to move the bails) and the Toyota (Fork truck) at the Recycling Center.

purchase agreement between Susquehanna County and Eastern Copier for the purchase of a Konica 7033 in the Register and Recorder's office in the amount of $10,413.30 to be paid the three annual installments.

maintenance agreement with Eastern Copier for the Konica 7033 to be installed in the Register and Recorder's office, in the amount of $57.50 per month with overages to be billed annually at $.015 per copy starting at 69,001 copies.

16. Motion by Commissioner to exonerate the Tax Claim Bureau from collecting delinquent taxes regarding the following per the request of Catherine Benedict, Tax Claim Director: 
1. Springville Township, Parcel No. 218.00-2,025.00,001., name of Clark T Steele, consisting of a trailer on J&amp;S Karg Land, assessed at $5400.00. Assessment office exonerated from rolls 10/08 for all year as the trailer is gone. The total to be exonerated is $1597.09.

Johnson, 911, effective October 18, 2008, per the recommendation of Art Donato. Second Commissioner

Motion by Commissioner Giangrieco to adopt Resolution 2008-19 authorizing the Commissioners to sign all grant agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation related to transit funding on its behalf and that the Chief Clerk of Susquehanna County be authorized to attest the same when required.

Motion by Commissioner Allen to authorize the Commissioners to sign the Consolidated Assistance Grant Agreement for Community Transportation Service Programs between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, acting through its Department of Transportation and Susquehanna County and Barnes-Kasson Hospital. State Financial Assistance for shared ride services for older adults in the amount of $281,711.00 and State Financial Assistance for shared ride services for persons with disabilities in the amount of $58,500.00. There is no County match.

Motion by Commissioner Allen to authorize the Commissioners to sign the Medical Assistance Transportation Program final expenditure report for fiscal year 2007 -2008.

Motion by Commissioner Giangrieco to authorize the Commissioners to sign the contract with Kintera for Fundware Accounting software support for the period 11/1/2008 through 10/31/2009 in the amount of $4,481.25.

Motion by Commissioner Giangrieco to authorize the Commissioners to sign the contract between Financial Marketing Concepts, Inc., and Susquehanna County for a County discount pharmacy card, Coast2 Coast RX Card, which provides discounts on prescription drugs to County residents at no cost to the residents or the County.

Motion by Commissioner Allen to authorize the Commissioners to sign the agreement with Guyette to purchase refurbished equipment which will expand the County telephone system to support additional telephones at a cost of $1,550.00.

Motion by Commissioner Giangrieco to authorize the Commissioners to sign the agreement between Susquehanna County and INFOCON, which will allow the Prothonotary and Clerk of Courts offices Image Enabling to interface directly with INFOCON. The initial set up fee is $6,960.00 and the monthly service fee is $880.00.

of Mary Evans, Register and Recorder.

Clerk/Clerk Typist effective June 25, 2008 and create the position of Assistant

Bargaining Unit Contract, effective June 25, 2008.

per hour, effective May 12, 2008, which is the amount she would be receiving<br />
had she been given yearly increases since her hire in 2006, per the request<br />
of Mary Evans, Register and Recorder. </p>

<p>Motion by Commissioner Giangrieco to eliminate the position of Voter Registration<br />
Clerk/Clerk Typist effective June 25, 2008 and create the position of Assistant<br />

40 hours per week, six month probationary period, with benefits per the Residual<br />
Bargaining Unit Contract, effective June 25, 2008. </p>

Emergency Management Systems Manager/DataBase Analyst for 911/EMA to 911 Systems<br />
Manager/Database Analyst and to set the rate and range for the 911 Systems Manager/911<br />
 Database Analyst at Range 14, Rate $12.14 per hour. This is a 40 hour per week<br />
position with a six month probation period and benefits per the Residual Bargaining<br />
Unit Contract, effective immediately. </p>
